Diffused illumination provides uniform lighting with no shadows or glare. The Leica LED5000 HDI is particularly useful for imaging difficult samples. The Leica FlexiDome is a highly efficient and adaptable dome illuminator designed for stereomicroscopes. It allows easy access and repositioning of the sample without needing to readjust the focus. All illumination settings can be saved and recalled using the Leica Application Suite software. The Leica HDI ensures consistent lighting and high-quality images when performing z-stacking with the Leica Application Suite software. The Leica DI has an adjustable gooseneck-mounted illumination screen for easy sample access and can be used in combination with other illuminators.
