Description
The T-5630 ultrasonic hardness tester can measure the hardness of metals and alloys non-destructively, as long as they have a minimum thickness of 3 mm. It is suitable for measuring the hardness of various components including strip/plate work-pieces, hardened layers, blade hardened layers, tooth surface hardened layers, flange edges, wheels, turbine rotors, thin plates, shafts and pipes, containers, knife edges, and welding parts.
- This device is a non-destructive hardness tester used for testing hardened layers and thin work pieces.
- It is equipped with a 3.5-inch color LCD screen.
- The device indicates the battery status and triggers alarms in case of low battery.
- It is capable of converting common hardness scales (HV, HB, HRC, HRB).
- Moreover, it allows for hardness value calibration and the deletion of calibration data.
- The tested materials include mainly steel and cast steel. However, after calibration with the standard test block, it can measure alloy tool steel, special cast iron, and non-ferrous metals.
- The device has a built-in 8GB SD card for data storage.
- It allows for free measurements in all directions without the need for compensation.
- Additionally, it can display maximum value, minimum value, average value, standard deviation, measurement times, previous measurement values, etc.
- Users can set upper and lower limits and receive alarms when measurements exceed these limits.
- The device is powered by a rechargeable lithium-ion battery, offering a continuous working time of more than 30 hours.
- A portable stand is included to enhance measurement accuracy.
